1. Moving? Access your magazine subscription account online to your mailing address to make sure you don’t miss an issue!
2. Need to update your email address so you can get the latest and greatest from your magazine?
3. Missing the latest issue of your magazine subscription?

Please visit our subscriber services page at www.custmag.com and select the magazine that you subscribe to.  Changing your information online is quick and easy! Just follow these steps:

• Enter the appropriate information to access your account . This information can be either your subscription account number (found on the mailing label of a magazine you’ve already received), email address or your current mailing address on file. 

• Once you have entered your information, click “ Find My Account”.

• After your personal subscriptions page loads, please click the “ Account Summary” link in the menu in the upper left corner.

• Click the “ Change Mailing Address” link on the left. Your current mailing address will appear on the top half of the screen. The form to update your mailing address is immediately below where the page instructs you to “ Please make corrections to the information below” .

• Click the “ Update Mailing Address” button below the form to submit your changes and update your account.

• After updating your mailing information, you will receive a confirmation that your account has been updated to reflect you’re the changes you provided.

• Enter the appropriate information to access your account . This information can be either your subscription account number (found on the mailing label of a magazine you’ve already received), email address or your current mailing address on file. 

• Once you have entered your information, click “ Find My Account”.

• After your personal subscriptions page loads, please click the “ Account Summary” link in the menu in the upper left corner.

• Click the “ Report Missing Issue” link on the left.

• Select the missing issue from the list of choices on the bottom half of the page and click the “ Next” button.

• Once you see“The issue(s) can be replaced. The issue(s) could arrive within 4 to 6 weeks ” please select either “OK, please send them” or “No, I already bought the issue. Please extend my subscription” and click the “ Submit” button
  
• After updating your subscription information, you will receive a confirmation that your account has been updated to reflect you’re the changes you provided.
